ELEKTROZAVOD ”TRANSFORMER” is known as leading manufacturer both in Russia and all over the world of transformer equipment being supplied for various branches of economics including power industry, metallurgy, machine building, transport, oil-gas complex, housing and communal service. Founded in 1999 the first” middle Volga” transformer factory played a great role in developing of industry and power utilities of Russia. Equipment with ELEKTROZAVOD ”TRANSFORMER” label has been in safe operation in more than 10 countries of the world.
Now it is a big Holding Company specializing in manufacture of transformer. Service Centre offers complex works on installation, repairs and diagnostics of transformer equipment. Engineering Centre and Specialized design Institute of power and heating engineering develop and realize construction on turn-key basis of heat and power generation and distribution projects.
Quality system applied in ELEKTROZAVOD ”TRANSFORMER” conforms to international standard ISO 9001:2000. ELEKTROZAVOD ”TRANSFORMER” has certificate of “ENCERTICO” and accreditation of Rosenergoatom for manufacture and delivery of electrical equipment for power projects. Engineering Centre has a licence of Federal Agency of construction and housing and communal service for design and construction works. All equipment produced by the company has certificates of conformity.
ELECTROZAVOD ”TRANSFORMER” produces more than 10 types of high voltage power transformers and autotransformers for networks 110 kV.
ELECTROZAVOD produces , current-limiting, filter, grounding and other types of reactors, which are widely used in power industry, oil and gas and also coal production, at industrial enterprises, transport, radio and electronic engineering etc. The range of produced reactors of voltage classes from 0.5 kV to 110 kV includes about 100 types, among them single-phase and three-phase reactors, dry-type and oil- immersed reactors in various climatic performance.
On the base of high knowledge and many years experience in designing, manufacture and maintenance of electric furnace transformers a wide range of transformers are produced for arc, induction, electroslag remelting and ore-smelting electric furnaces, for out of furnace metal processing equipment, as well as for electric thermal installations of various destination.
